Terms of Service
General
• You must be 18+ to commission me.
• I reserve the right to decline any commission.
• By commissioning me, you agree to these terms.Payment
Payment via [PayPal, Venmo, Cashapp]
• Full payment upfront or after sketch (or 50% upfront).
• Work begins once its your turn, and finished after payment.
• Payment must be paid within 24–48 hours or the slot may go to someone else.Refunds
• Full refund if I have not started the sketch.
• Partial refund if I haven't started lineart.Revisions
• Any edits are allowed during sketch phase.
• You have 2 sketch re-dos, after that you must pay a $5 fee.
• Once finished product is given any changes you must pay a $5 fee
• No large revisions after final approval.Usage Rights
• Client's commission is for personal use only.
• Client may repost with credit.
• Commercial use requires separate pricing.
• I retain rights to display artwork in my portfolio unless otherwise discussed.Turn-Around Time
• Estimated turnaround: 2–4 weeks.
• Delays will be communicated.These terms exist to keep things smooth and fair for both of us. If you ever have questions, just ask I’m happy to clarify!
